To participate in the World 94 and South India Fellowship Tour you have to download a registration form and approach  the Chairman of table 94 in your country to  complete the form  and email to the registration convener mehulun@gmail.com on or before 30th October 2009. Registration is considered complete only when the payment is wired to Madras Cosmopolitan Round Table 94.

To participate in the North India: Taj Mahal tour you must send an email to our program provider thomas@bharattravels.com with names and age of all participants after completing your registration for  World 94. The program provider will re-confirm services and invoice you with  payment instructions. The payment needs to be made directly to the program provider M/S Bharat Travel Service P Ltd, Chennai India.

Yes you can register after the 31st October deadline and until 31st December 2009 upon paying a late registration fees of Euro 50 for the World 94 and Euro 150 for the Fellow Ship Tour of South India and there is no late registration fees for the  North India: Taj Mahal Tour, however admittance after 30th October is subject to availability.

For the world 94 meet Euro 50 will be charged if you cancel before 30th November and Euro 100 will be charged if you cancel between 1st December and 15th January.  There is no refund if you cancel after 15th of January.

For the South India fellow ship tour and the North India Taj Mahal tour Euro 100 will be charged if you cancel before 30th November and Euro 250 will be charged if you cancel between 1st December and 15th January.  There is no refund if you cancel after 15th of January.

There is no cancellation charges for children and infants.

The only option that we currently have is “Wire Transfer”. Do remember the following rules before you read further on the wire transfer procedures.

1. Registration Fees and Program Fees for South India Fellowship tour should be wired to MCRT 94.
2. Program Cost for North India: Taj Mahal tour needs to be wired directly to our program providers “Bharat Travel Service P Ltd”.

Accordingly transfer funds to the following accounts. Despite publishing tariffs in Euros we’ve agreed that funds can be wired in one of the appended currencies. If you are wiring on currencies other than Euro you must email to thomas@bharattravels.com who will send you the ROE for the given date.
